Policies

Order processing time.

  • Order received before 3pm HST will be processed and assessed for shipping.

  • Some orders may take up to 5 business days to fulfill as we bake our cookies fresh before shipping.

  • If we experience unforeseen delays in fulfilling an order we will contact customers to inform them.

  • Shipments are sent out on Thursdays.


Shipping Domestic or International.

  • Our website currently only ships domestically in the United States.

  • Although if you would like to explore the option of ordering internationally please email us your inquiry so that we can research your options.


Ordering Locally

  • For orders (online or phone call) locally we do allow pick-ups at our shop 916 Kaaahi Pl. a Honolulu, HI 96817.

  • Customers may also coordinate pick-up at farmers markets depending on availability.

  • There may be a 5 business day waiting period depending on the availability of products in the shop.

  • We also welcome walk-ins. Please call prior so that we may inform you of what is available.

  • Walk-ins are required to wear a mask upon entry. Only 2 customers are allowed at a time.

  • We do reserve products for 24hrs unless payments are received. We will provide an online invoice for reserving products.

WE DO NOT OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY FOR RETAIL PURCHASES.

Returns, changes and cancellations.

  • All sales are final.

  • Shipping and corrections for addresses are allowed prior to shipping at no fee.

  • If shipments are sent out and corrections may need to be done customer may have to pay for corrections. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING ERRORS.

  • Please contact us immediately at keithscookieshawaii@gmail.com for corrections or to receive refunds.

  • In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs if you gave us an incorrect address. You may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Canceled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

  • Any damages that occur once products leave the care of Keith's Cookies will not be exchanged, refunded, or compensated.

  • If a product has been lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will open a claim with the shipping company. We can not start a claim until 14 days have passed if the package is lost. At that time we will ship you another package of your original order. Also please send us a photo of the damaged product to help our claim with the shipping company.



Shipping Cost

We use USPS Priority Mail

Sorry. We do not offer free shipping. We are small local business. Thank you for understanding. But you can pick up at store and kcc farmers market!


Price increase for the Christmas Season. USPS has notified us that there will be a $0.75 price increase on all of our priority shipping boxes. Price increase will go up Sept 17th, 2021.
